As a business student i have always thought that Toyota is a pioneer in quality cars production. What do you think went wrong with Toyota?
Is the because of the scale of Operations or because of the management issues.
The Toyota Issue: Toyota recalled 8 million cars because of accelerator pedal automatic speeding at times.
Reasons:
Central to Toyota's problem is its perceived delay in identifying and addressing the situation in the first place. Whatever Toyota says now, and however well it acts, there is a sense that it ignored the problem until it was forced to take action.
